Mobile sales conversion

We developed the entire back-end for the first complete and responsive version of the CVC website, which meant an increase in sales that previously only happened through the desktop version of the website.

Giant of the Brazilian tourism market, CVC did not have a responsive website; that is, it did not have a friendly interface for browsing on other devices, such as smartphones and tablets.

This greatly impaired the usability of customers and the company's revenue - it is estimated that 52% of Brazilians make purchases using their mobile phones*. It was necessary to develop a solution capable of increasing access and, in turn, conversion into sales through mobile.

Solution

The Criasol team was responsible for the back-end development of the project, carried out in partnership with Pontomobi. The solution delivered was the first complete and responsive version of the CVC website for smartphones.
